Project Reinvest is a program for individuals who are at risk of or recovering from foreclosure—or living in distressed communities rebuilding after the foreclosure crisis— providing financial capability counseling/coaching to help clients stabilize their finances, rebuild credit and establish savings.
This one-time grant is a LISC/NeighborWorks program that supports financial coaching/counseling activities. It has a 12-month period of performance with
payments based on the number of clients served. Although it is privately funded, it requires compliance on par with a federal grant.
