The Warehouse Setting: Calculating Area and Perimeter On-the-Job Set in a warehouse, you work through dimensions of shapes, practice calculating area and perimeter, and see a refresher of multiplication tables, before checking their work against the provided solutions at the end.

Just like a person can communicate in Spanish, Arabic, or English, a chart can communicate in fractions, decimals or percentages. Exact Measurements PART ONE: Reading and Writing Fractions On-the-Job Tape measures and rulers seem simple to read, but it can get tricky pretty quickly. In this module, you will take a slow and steady look at fractions of an inch and mixed numbers to build these fundamental skills.

Exact Measurements PART TWO: Adding and Subtracting Fractions On-the-JobAssist Jim as he works to find accurate measurements. You are invited to practice adding and subtracting fractions when taking and reading accurate measurements. You will also work through equivalent fractions while referencing helpful resources at their fingertips. TAKE ME THERE >
Riding Shotgun: Using Mileage Charts, Proportions and Distance Formulas to Complete Trucking Logs  The engine’s running, hop in. There are important deliveries to make and the clock is ticking...set in the passenger seat of a semi-cab, you interact with the driver to determine driving distance each day.
