Operations & Administration
The success and impact of our national network depends on your success as an individual Financial Opportunity Center® (FOC) partner. The resources provided here will give you the necessary tools to keep us informed about grant activities and help you manage your grant efficiently.
Administrative and Back Office Forms
Human Resources Forms
In this section you will find sample job descriptions for FOC positions. This is meant to be used for reference and as a starting point for new FOC sites to adapt according to their own organizational policies and standard hiring requirements
Reporting on Your Grant
Grantees are required to submit various reports to document how grant funds were used and to help us learn more about the accomplishments and challenges of the organizations we support. These reports provide us with a deeper understanding of your work and inform our future grant making. The frequency and program specific instructions for preparation and submission of these reports will be identified in the terms and conditions on your grant agreement. The timely submission of reports is an important part of the grant process. Should you need extra time to submit any particular report, please contact your local program officer prior to the due date.
Marketing, Communications, Trademark Branding
Many agencies and community-based organizations have a limited budget for communications and the many competing demands for their time and attention. Our hope is that the guidance and suggestions provided here will make it easier to get the word out about your FOC service in ways that build support for your work while maintaining and protecting the Financial Opportunity Center® trademark and brand.
The term "Financial Opportunity Center®" is a nationally registered trademark. Using it correctly allows LISC to legally defend trademark disputes and protect the FOC network’s brand as a trusted financial health and career development expert to funders, external partners, and community members.
